Many people who join a paysite, get rather testy if that site uses DRM (Digital Rights Management).  If you don’t know what that is, it is simply a piece of software that protects the photo’s and videos you can access from a membership site.

What happens is that you have to login, or enter your password, assigned to you from the Membership Site, in order to view the video you have downloaded. WHEN your subscription to that site ends, SO DOES YOUR ABILITY TO VIEW THE VIDEOS YOU DOWNLOADED.

THAT SUCKS, I WANT TO KEEP WATCHING THE VIDEOS.

Yes, it may SUCK, but the point is, you ARE NOT BUYING the videos, or photographs on ANY membership site. You are merely RENTING THEM.  Now, I mean, seriously, come on. Why is it we feel so entitled to things, simply because it is about sex.

Honestly, there is a lot of money being spent on producing those videos, so do you really think a site is going to give them to everyone who signs up? And you know what is worse, is people who join the sites, then downloads them, throws them up on torrent sites, for others to view them for free.

In all honesty, that is no different than walking into a store, slipping something you fancy underneath your shirt, and walking out.  Or if you buy something, use it for the night, then return it, claiming it didn’t work or something, while you only wanted it for that one night.

Well, that is what you are doing, when you copy a video from a membership site, and expect to have full use of it, for as long as it is on your computer. Worse is, that such behaviour winds up costing you more, each time you join a membership site. They have to pay for the video somehow. The only way they can, is from the price of membership. The more that gets stolen, thrown up on free sites, the more they have to charge you.

IT IS THAT SIMPLE, SO THINK BEFORE YOU REJECT A SITE THAT USES DRM.
