Recent court rulings in California and Florida may make the issue of what is obscene, and what isn’t something for the Supreme Court to decide. No more local standards, or maybe more so? But why should it even be taken to court, because really, what business is it of anyone, what goes on in private, or for those who choose to view this stuff?
